Note before purchasing a Starter [STRT] program:
This program should be treated as a trial of the workout split. “Starter” program does not mean beginner. It is meant for any level as a beginning trial of the split. Starter programs ONLY include a 1 week workout plan to try out. They DO NOT include any additional tips of how to do specific workouts and/or variations of workouts.
Example: Some workouts with many variations [Ex.Shoulder Press] will not be labeled [Machine Shoulder Press, or, Dumbbell Shoulder Press] and will only be labeled [Shoulder Press] leaving it to the user to decide. If the workout is labeled [Machine Shoulder Press] you as the user can still choose Dumbbell Shoulder Press if equipment cannot be accessed or if its preference.
